This week’s column will be a bit different. This week I won’t be giving instructions on how to implement a new agriculture practice, or discussing the newest research that is being conducted at our land grant universities.

Instead this week I would like to reflect.

Most folks know me as the Agriculture and Natural Resource Extension Agent for our county, and while that is correct, I also get the opportunity to be one of our 4-H Youth Development Agents for our county as well.

I get to see some incredible things in my seat, through our 4-H program. And I would like to share some of the incredible things that I’ve seen this summer so far within our 4-H program.
