Dr. Dennis W. Smith, 72, passed away unexpectedly on August 30, 2017, in Overland Park, Kansas. Dennis was born on October 2, 1944, in Manhattan, KS and was the only child of Florence E. and Dr.
LaVelle was born the only child to Robert Denver and Edna Catherine Stonebraker (Fuller) in Severy, Kansas. He graduated from Severy High School in 1949.
