Preceded in death by his parents, Harvey and Verna Lea Smith. Survived by his sister, Shirley Ledford of Hamilton, KS; wife, Cheryl Ann Smith of Wichita, KS; sons, Todd (LuAnna) Lyne of Hindsville, AR, Chris (Angela) Smith of Haysville, KS; daughters, Michelle Smith of Wichita, KS, Dawn Smith of McComb, MS, Erin Davis, deceased; son-in-law, Steve Davis of Wichita; 17 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren; 1 niece, 2 nephews, and 26 first cousins.
