Jay C. Norman, 84, of Rio Rancho, New, Mexico, died on December 12, 2022.
He was born February 3, 1938 and was born and raised in the Piedmont/Eureka area.
He was a member of the Rio Rancho Presbyterian Church, serving on the audit committee and was a leader in the men’s breakfast group.
