Kansas Corporation Commission Approved Settlement Agreement In Evergy Rate Case

TOPEKA – On November 21, the Kansas Corporation Commission (KCC) approved a proposed settlement agreement in the Evergy rate case. The unanimous agreement, resolving all issues in the case, was submitted to the Commission on September 29 following negotiations between KCC staff, Evergy, the Citizens Utility Ratepayer Board and a variety of groups representing commercial, educational and environmental interests. 11/28/2023 11:00 PM

Eureka has four returning letter winners with seniors Cole Adkins and Lyle Perrier, junior Laken Valentine and sophomore TJ Mills.
