Eureka Recreation Commission Baseball/Softball Seasons Concluded

For many youth in the area, summer baseball and softball seasons came to a close at the end of June. Last week, The Eureka Herald shared pictures of the boys’ machine pitch league, and Neosho Valley Junior Boys-Eureka.

This week, The Herald features the championship teams for girls’ coach pitch, major boys, pony tail girls, as well as two t-ball teams.

Team 3, or Eastside Service, claimed the girls’ coach pitch championship. Team members included: Reata Bogle, Jersey Cox, Kinsley Cox, Skyla Fletcher, Jazz Greenwood, Khloe Grimmett, Adilynne Koeing, Alicia Sanchez, Monica Sanchez, Arabella Shepherd and Teagan Spoonts.

Team 2, or Community National Bank & Trust, claimed the major boys’ championship. Team members included: Tanner Biering, Blake Brown, Cruz Escareno, Luc Guillaume, Jean-Philippe Guillaume, Kaleb Hollis, Cody Johnson, Levi Jones, Blake McNown, Jayden Smith and Laken Valentine.
