Lately, discussions of leadership seem to be inching into our national narrative. I thought I knew what leadership was until I tried to define it. Webster’s contains a most unsatisfying definition. It states leadership is the ability to lead. Okay, how do you argue with that?
Let’s check the definition of leader. A leader is a person who leads. Go figure!
