Rosemary Kay Castoe (nee Early) died November 14, 2020 in Fort Worth, Texas.

Kay was born in Severy, on August 23,1928. She later moved to the Hamilton area and graduated from Hamilton High School in 1946.

Following a brief stint working for Hallmark Cards in Emporia she married Alonzo Castoe of Thrall. The couple lived in Stillwater, Okla. while Lonnie completed a degree in engineering. They lived in Chicago, Ill., Gueydon, La. and several cities in Texas, finally settling in Irving, Texas.

Kay had a daughter, Susan (deceased) and two sons. She was active in PTA and scouting activities and was a skilled seamstress.

Following Lonnie’s retirement the couple moved to Hamilton, and later to Clifton, Texas before settling in Ft. Worth.

Kay is survived by her husband Lonnie and two sons, Mark (Kim) of Austin, Texas and Matthew (Suzy) of Fort Worth, Texas, granddaughter Devon Rose, grandson Andrew Brockway and sister Celia of the Kansas City area.
