Phillip R. Buffington, 75, of Eureka, died Friday, March 20, 2020. He was born June 12, 1944, in Quincy, the son of Wayman and Helen Buffington. On April 31, 1963, he was united in marriage to Diana Smith. He was a member of “Sons of the American Revolution.” He owned and operated Buff’s Plumbing.
