Crocus, mosquitoes, wasps, daffodils/jonquils and frogs! What do these things have in common? They are spring items that are out already! I was outside with Punky Sunday and heard frogs making noise to the south of us and I saw a big red wasplike looking creature flying around.

Greenwood County 4-H’ers Qualified For Regional 4-H Day

On Saturday, Feb. 10, 4-H members competed at the Greenwood County 4-H Club Day. Greenwood County 4-H’ers showed their talents, skills, and abilities to qualify for Regional 4-H Days. Several youths qualified to compete at Regionals, scheduled for Saturday, March 23 at the Madison High School. Seven area counties compete at Regional 4-H Day.
