Editor’s Note: We must say a BIG THANK YOU to the Greenwood County District Court staff for assisting us in gathering Fish & Game, Marriage License Applications, State Tax Warrants and Traffic Tickets as the public access hasn’t been available since October 12. We asked for assistance in an effort to continue to share these records with our readers and to not fall further behind as we wait for the system to once again be available for public use.

In conjunction with the annual Cattlemen’s Day festivities, the Greenwood County Cattlemen’s Association held the drawing for their collector gun package.

Last week, it was shared through a press release that a public access service center opened at the Kansas Judicial Center. Those wishing to review court cases may schedule 30-minute appointments in the service center, in Topeka. The service center is for searching case information only. The terminals are not set up to receive electronic payments. Court payments must be made by cash, check, or money order delivered to the courthouse in person or by mail.
