Preliminary Hearing Continued For Eureka Woman Facing Drug Charges
A short preliminary hearing was held last Tuesday, August 27 for a Eureka woman who is facing multiple drug charges.
Jennifer Hess was arrested on May 23 for Possession with Intent to Distribute certain Hallucinogens, Use or Possess Paraphernalia with intent to cultivate or distribute, 2 counts of Aggravated Endangering a Child, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia to use, and Possession of Opiates/Opium/ Narc Drug.
Court records further state that Hess was arrested with approximately 295 grams of marijuana, digital scales, a grow tent and ingredients, methamphetamine and plastic baggies. Court records reflected that Hess was charged with Aggravated endangering a child as she allowed an 11-year-old and 15-year-old child to be near the drugs and/ or paraphernalia.
