Tornado Boys Basketball Concluded Season

The Eureka High School boys finished their season with a 2273 loss at Lyndon. This was the first round of sub-state and the Tornadoes drew the number one seeded Tigers, who are also ranked first in state. Eureka shot 19% for the game, including a 1 for 9 first quarter and a 0 for 10 third quarter. The first quarter shooting created an early deficit from which the Tornadoes were never able to recover. Any hope the Tornadoes might have had after halftime was crushed by the third quarter shooting performance. 03/05/2024 04:00 AM

Lady Tornadoes Back-To-Back Sub-State Champions; To Play At 2A State This Wednesday

The Lady Tornado basketball team punched their ticket to the State Basketball tournament for the second season in a row, and for the third time in school history. Two Marshall Elementary students, in Eureka, will continue their wrestling season as they placed in the top five at the Kansas Heartland Duals Qualifier.
