The East Central Kansas Model T Ford Club (ECKMT)will meet at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 9 in the conference room of the Burlington Library. The library is located on Highway 75 in Burlington. The Club will provide the dinner meat, Cheesy Potato Soup and drinks. 2024 Winter Royalty To Be Crowned Friday, Jan. 12
This next week, students at Eureka Junior/Senior High School (EJSHS) will participate in winter royalty festivities. “Once Upon A Winter Royalty” is the theme for this year’s event. Each day the students will have a different Disney theme to follow. The days of the week for next week are as follows: Monday: Sleeping Beauty, pajama day; Tuesday: Monsters U, wear your college gear; Wednesday: Moana, wear tropical/Hawaiian; Thursday: Beauty and the Beast, rhyme without a reason, dress in pairs; Friday: Captain America, wear red, white and blue. Students at Marshall Elementary School are also encouraged to participate in the dress-up days listed above. 01/02/2024 11:00 PM

The Eureka Herald hosted their 15th Annual Holiday Coloring Contest this December, with a total of 27 individuals of all ages participating.
