On Wednesday, Sept. 4, from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m., an American Red Cross Blood Drive will be held at the Madison High School. The annual blood drive is being held by the Madison High School National Honor Society. The Harmony Sunflowers 4-H Club held their monthly meeting Sunday, Aug. 4, at the Christ Lutheran Church, in Eureka. Acting President Fisher Hibbs called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. Duke Coulter and Tavin Austin led the Pledge of Allegiance and the 4-H Pledge. Senior Meat Judging Team Named Reserve Champion Overall At Livestock Sweepstakes
The Greenwood County 4-H Livestock Sweepstakes Team traveled to Kansas State University on Aug. 17 and 18 to compete in the State Livestock Judging, Meat Judging, Livestock Skill-a-thon and Livestock Quiz Bowl.
