SHAWNEE – Whether grilled, smoked, poached, canned or dehydrated – wild foods procured from the Kansas outdoors will be on showcase at the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks’ (KDWP) bi-annual cooking competition in Lawrence on Saturday, June 8.
