The lovely ladies of the Susannah French Putney Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) met for their Sept. 18 meeting at the Butler County Historical Society in El Dorado. The tables were decorated in a patriotic theme. Hostesses for the meeting were Marsha Todd and Kay Catlin and members were treated with a delicious homemade pumpkin cake.
