The Elk County Courthouse and Health Department will be closed on Thursday, Oct. 15, from 9 a.m. to noon.
This will be for a training and exercise on active assailant or active threat for all employees of these two locations.
TheElkCountyCourthouse and Health Departmnet will be open from 7-9 a.m. and 125:30 p.m.
