Daryl May, Kyle Engle, Tony Fankhauser, Evan Casey, Mayor Paul Dean, and Terri King were all present at the city council meeting on Monday, Sept. 21. City Clerk Alice Grimm was also present.
During the budget hearing, a motion was made by May to approve the budget with a Revenue Neutral Rate of 91.863.
