ELK COUNTY – The Elk County Sheriff’s Office requested Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) assistance on Tuesday, Sept. 22 at around 2:30 p.m., after an adult male was discovered deceased on Elk Valley USD #283 school property.
KBI agents and the Crime Scene Response Team responded to Longton, to conduct a death investigation.
