Mayor Brad Baumgartel called the Aug. 17 meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. at the Howard City Office with council members Shilo Crupper, Susan Galvan, Nick Miller, Gary Harrod and Derek Cookson present. Also present were Deb Roebuck, Annie Estrada, Abel Estrada, Kenneth Johnson, City Treasurer Sarah Evans and City Clerk Joanna Hunter.
