Community Voices Took Center Stage At Eureka City Council Meeting

Council Moved Forward on Land Bank Ordinance,Approved Rescue Equipment Funding and Revisited Pit Bull Ordinance The Eureka City Council’s Monday, Sept. 14, meeting featured extensive community participation, with residents speaking directly to the council on the city’s pit bull ordinance, code enforcement, infrastructure concerns and other community issues. The council also moved forward on a land bank ordinance and approved funding for new rescue equipment for the Eureka Fire Department.
