From Sept. 5 through Sept. 7, Severy will host their annual Labor Day celebration.
The public has the opportunity to participate, observe or view numerous events at the celebration that will begin on Saturday, Sept. 5 at 8 a.m. and conclude on Monday afternoon.
Events include: (Saturday) fishing derby, mud volleyball tournament, movie night; (Sunday) cornhole tournament, gospel singspiration, softball game; (Monday) biscuit and gravy breakfast, annual parade, turtle races, kids races, car show and much more.
