Mayor Brad Baumgartel called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. at the Howard City Office with council members Shilo Crupper, Derek Cookson, Nick Miller and Gary Harrod present. Also present were Clay Hunter, Jared Myers, Dennis Weiland and City Clerk Joanna Hunter. Council member Susan Galvan was absent.
