The family of Eddie and Sharon Hurt are hosting a come and go anniversary reception in honor of the couple’s 60th anniversary.
The couple, now enjoying retirement, have spent most of their lives in Severy. They have three children, Staci Todd, Traci Smith and Troy Hurt, eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
The reception will be held on Saturday, Aug. 1, from 2-4 p.m. at the Severy Community Building, located at 117 N. Kansas Ave., in Severy.
