Racing Wranglers 4-H Club

The regular monthly meeting of the Racing Wranglers 4-H Club was called to order by president Addison Westerman on July 12, at 4 p.m. at the Eureka Country Club. Lydia Mason led flag salute and 4-H pledge. Roll call was favorite project and was answered by seven members and two Leaders for a total of 9 members present. Last month’s minutes were read by secretary Eli Mason.

Treasurer’s report was given by treasurer Henry Perrier and reporter’s report given by E. Mason. Secretary E. Mason read “Thank you” notes from member scholarship recipients.

4-H Council Representative Hannah Perrier reported about date of next Council meeting.

There was no unfinished business.

In new business, the club voted to have their August meeting at the Fairgrounds during the fair.

In program, Alaina Westerman gave a parliamentary tip about the art of making a motion.

L. Mason gave a presentation about recent Citizens Washington Focus Trip.

Addison Westerman, Alaina Westerman, Hope Perrier, Henry Perrier, Hannah Perrier and E. Mason shared about their fair projects. Hope Perrier led the club in song of “Five Little Monkeys.” Recreation was swimming.

The club adjourned the meeting by saying the 4-H motto.

The club swam and had a potluck meal after the meeting.
