On the matter of May 5th Arrest Log
A July 7th Care & Treatment hearing terminated the matter with no charges having been filed against me and no anticipation of a warrant upcoming. The previously published Bond info was not the same as what was on my Booking Sheet. My having spent time in jail was explained due to a wait for available beds at OSH. I have concerns about the manner in which I was compelled to agree to hospitalization and I have plans (with Sheriff approval for myself and a 2nd party) to Review the Body Camera recordings to gain better insight before I convey my concerns to the Behavioral Health Central Office in regards CrossWinds. I am back to square one trying to find someone available to accompany me during the Review (SKIL, who Lois Curtis Center connected me with, having initially committed to being with me but later concluding 'Greenwood County falls outside of our service area'). Is there anyone out there who has both the time and willingness to be a 2nd party, so I won't be alone at the Sheriff's Office?
