1. What interests you about serving in this role?
The reason that I am running is because for years I have watched government not work for the people but rather for the special interests such as wind and solar farms, Panasonic ($826 million of YOUR tax dollars), now the Chiefs’ Stadium $3 billion in Star Bonds with some estimates of total cost of $6 billion of our tax dollars). And then we have the scourge of data centers descending on Kansas because in 2025 the Kansas Legislature led by Dan Hawkins and Ty Masterson passed a 20-year sales tax exemption for data centers!!! We have a two-tiered tax system.......
2. How do you prioritize competing demands with limited resources?
1. Close the State Department of Education, these are paper shufflers who have no impact on classroom instruction which are costing us $300 million a year. Stop taking federal education funds and declare our independence with all curriculum decisions at the local level.
2. Ban all public money providing services to illegal aliens, this is an annual cost of $600 million
3. Immediately audit Snap and Medicaid recipients, these programs are favorites of scammers.
We must cut costs so that we can lower taxes overall, abolish property taxes (replace with a Use tax) This is Senator Michael Murphy’s SB 488.........
3. If elected, what would your top three priorities be during your first year?
My first executive order would be to ban any state dollars going to Planned Parenthood.
Second, I would demand that the legislature repeal SB 98 passed in 2025 giving data centers a
20-year sales tax exemption.
Third, demand the sunset of Star Bonds immediately Fourth, begin to unwind and repeal all property, sales, and income tax incentive programs.
Obviously education is a high priority as I have outlined in question 2.

I am pro-life, pro-2nd Amendment, fiscal conservative who believes in the free market. I have served in the Kansas House in 2011-2013 and on the Johnson County Commission from 2021--
2025. I was a general contractor (residential) for over 20 years in the Johnson County area and now with my two sons operate a small manufacturing company in Olathe. I was raised on our farm in Bourbon County and learned equal opportunity leaning into the flank of as old holstein while sitting on a one legged stool. Hard work, grit, perseverance and fortitude were ingrained in me for 18 years until.........
