Glenda Ellen Patchett, of Eureka, died on July 4, 2026, at Ascension Via Christi St Frances in Wichita, at the age of 77.
Glenda was born February 11, 1949, in Broken Arrow, Okla., the daughter of Glenn and Nadine (Province) Helm.
On December 21, 1975, Glenda was united in marriage to Marty Patchett in Wichita. Marty and Glenda later moved to Eureka in 1976 where they made their home, life, and family.
Glenda is survived by her husband, Marty; sons: Mark Dawson (Pam) of Wichita, and Christopher Patchett (Amie) of Yelm, Wash.; grandkids: Holli Dawson, Evan Patchett, and Lillie Patchett; brother: Roy Helm (Evelyn) Glenda was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, and one sister.
A private inurnment will be held at a later time. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Eureka Church of Christ at 223 S. Main St, Eureka, KS 67045 or the Eureka Senior Center at 209 N. Oak St, Eureka, KS 67045.
