Cort Decker called the monthly meeting of the Harmony Sunflowers 4-H Club to order on June 13 at the Rockhill residence. Roll call was answered with your favorite cartoon by 36 members and 3 leaders.
In new business the club discussed paying bills, a trip to Kansas Maid, and summer fun day.
The program consisted of the club tour, where the club visited several members’ homes to learn about their projects. Freya Teter gave a project talk about how to make strawberry jam. Amelia Shepherd and Haydyn Evenson led the club in singing “Happy Birthday.” The Rockhill boys led the club in recreation of a pool party.
Announcements included volunteer sign ups for the fair, booster club reminders, and a reminder that fair entries close at the end of the month.
The next meeting will be held on Friday, July 10.
