More than 800 students were recognized as graduates from Butler Community College, including Order of the Gold and Order of the Purple honorees, Early College Academy students and members of the Phi Theta Kappa honor society.
To receive Order of the Gold, students must have earned a 4.0 GPA and completed 30 credit hours at Butler. To receive Order of the Purple, students must complete a similar number of credit hours at Butler and finish with a 3.75 or higher GPA.
Among those graduating was Masen Huddleston of Eureka. He earned a certificate in automotive technology.
