Frances “Elaine” Black of Wichita, KS, peacefully passed away in her sleep on May 25, 2026 at the age of 70. The legacy of generosity and laughter will always permeate the hearts of those who knew her… she was so loved and will be so missed.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday June 5, 2026, 5-8 p.m. at the Douglass Community Center 226 S Forrest St, Douglass, KS 67039.
Dinner will be provided. Bring photos and memories to share. There will be a Memorial Fund for unexpected expenses.
