LaVeta Jo Sage, 54, of Emporia, died on Monday, May 11, 2026 at her home in Emporia.
She was born on Feb. 19, 1972 in Plainview. She graduated from Hamilton High School with the class of 1990.
She is survived by her children, Cierra Johnson, Lexi Reeves and Blake Reeves, all of Wichita.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 7 from 1-3 p.m. at Hamilton Community Building, located at 102 Main St., in Hamilton.
Cremation has been effected.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the LaVeta Sage Memorial Fund, and sent in care of Community National Bank & Trust, 401 N. Main St., Eureka, KS 67045.
