Filing Deadline For August Primary Election June 1

The deadline to file for the August Primary is fast approaching. Those wishing to file for local positions must file by Monday, June 1, at 12 p.m.

Locally, positions up for election include County Commissioners for Districts 1, 2, and 4, as well as township clerks and Republican precinct committeemen and committeewomen. In addition, a number of state and national offices will be on the ballot.
