Rockin’ Robin!

Taking time to reset is essential, both personally and professionally. While we make every effort to keep our office open during regular business hours, there are occasions when closures are unavoidable. As a team of two, there are times when our schedules overlap, requiring us to temporarily close the office. In addition, ongoing staff development and training are necessary to ensure we continue providing the highest level of service, and these may also require closure of the office.

That said, our commitment to serving you does not end when the office doors are closed. We continue to monitor emails, respond to messages, and take phone calls whenever possible—even outside of standard business hours. We take pride in being accessible and responsive, and we remain dedicated to supporting our community.

We are always happy to assist; however, we respectfully ask for your understanding and patience. We have experienced communication that is discouraging or ungrateful. This trend not only affects morale, but also makes it more challenging to sustain the level of service we strive to provide.

We encourage everyone to be mindful in their interactions. This isn’t just for our office as we have seen the behavior extend to other businesses and even volunteer efforts. Our community benefits greatly from the services available here and maintaining those services requires mutual respect and support. Like many small communities, we face ongoing challenges, including “rural flight” (population decline) and limited resources. It is important that we work together to strengthen, not strain, the systems that serve us all.
