The regular monthly meeting of the Racing Wranglers 4-H club was called to order by president Addison Westerman on April 12 at 4 p.m. at Eureka Nursing Center. Hope Perrier led the club in the flag salute and 4-H pledge. Roll call was Favorite Joke and was answered by eight members and two leaders for a total of 10 members present. Last month’s minutes were read by secretary Eli Mason.
Treasurer’s report was given by acting treasurer Hannah Perrier; reporter’s report given by E. Mason and Leader’s reports were given by Mindy Westerman and Amy Perrier.
4- H Council Representative Hannah Perrier announced next 4-H Council meeting will be May 18.
For committee reports, A. Perrier announced details about educational trip.
There was no unfinished business In new business, the club voted to reimburse Joanna Mason for the May Day Basket supplies.
In program, Alaina Westerman gave parliamentary tip about making one motion at a time. Hope Perrier led the club in song of “Old McDonald.” E. Mason gave an Illustrated Talk about how to have a successful goat project.
The club adjourned the meeting by saying the 4-H motto.
The Westermans provided refreshments after the meeting.
Prior to the meeting, the club participated in a community service project of making May Day baskets for the nursing home residents and playing Bingo with the nursing home residents.
