– submitted by Larry Clopton The Greenwood County Hospital (GWCH) Auxiliary held its monthly meeting on April 13, in the hospital basement.
Roll call was answered by eight members.
Rachel Sample, Auxiliary Coordinator, reminded the club that the Mammography Testing Service at the hospital is now open. She also shared that the hospital Gala was April 18.
President Sherie Layton talked to the club about the district meeting that was held in El Dorado on April 14. HVK award certificates for years of service were presented to Sally Hawthorne, Larry Clopton, Marion Johnson and Cinda Beals.
All committee reports were read.
The meeting was adjourned with the Volunteer’s Prayer.
The next meeting is slated for May 4, at 2 p.m. in the hospital basement.
