Monthly Events Continue At Eureka Public Library

Throughout the year, Eureka Public Library (EPL) hosts various events to encourage patrons to visit the local library. You can rent books, audiobooks and movies and join staff for craft activities, story hours and even game nights.

This month, the Eureka Public Library will host the following:

Art Club Meeting

Join the library on Thursday, April 9 at 1 p.m. for their monthly art club meetings for patrons 55 and older seeking a more challenging experience beyond standard library programs. Instead of focusing on individual projects in a traditional classroom setting, these gatherings will provide a collaborative space for sharing resources, supplies, and inspiration.

Bingo Night

On Tuesday, April 14 at 6:30 p.m. come for a fun night of Bingo! They will have prizes, snacks and fun! Join the group for an evening of friendly competition and friendship! This event is limited to persons 18 and above only! No registration necessary!

Earth Day Story Hour On Wednesday, April 22, at 4 p.m. come for a special Earth Day themed Story Hour! They will read books, plant seeds, and do a science experiment with water! They hope you’ll join them!

Tweens in the Library (TWIL) Meeting Tweens ages 10-14 come join the library’s monthly book club! They will meet once a month on the fourth Thursday for chats, snacks, and crafts! There will be reading challenges with unique prizes, and it’s a great way to meet new friends who also love books! You will also get to choose which new junior titles we will purchase for the library! They hope you will join in on the fun!
