The regular monthly meeting of the Racing Wranglers 4-H Club was called to order by president Addison Westerman on March 8 at 4 p.m. at the Eureka Methodist Church. Alaina Westerman led the club in the flag salute and 4-H pledge. Roll call was “Would you rather sneeze glitter or cry ketchup?” and was answered by seven members and two leaders for a total of nine members present.
Last month’s minutes were read by secretary Eli Mason.
Treasurer’s report was given by Henry Perrier, reporter’s report given by E. Mason and Leader’s report given by Mindy Westerman and Amy Perrier.
Ambassador and 4-H Council Rep, Hannah Perrier gave a report about upcoming ambassador and Council activities including project learning day on March 21.
For committee reports, A. Perrier announced details about an educational trip and Joanna Mason announced about donating supplies to Marshall Elementary School.
There was no unfin ished business.
In new business, the club voted to give senior scholarships and make May Day Baskets for the Nursing home at the next meeting.
In program, Alaina Westerman gave parliamentary tip about how to make a meeting run smoother. Hope Perrier led the club in song of “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” and recreation of Pass the Apple.
The club adjourned the meeting by saying the 4-H motto.
