The Eureka High School Forensics team competed at the Tri-Valley League Forensics Tournament, held last week in Neodesha, earning an overall thirdplace finish. Eureka’s Haden Allen captured first place in Extemporaneous Speaking and has officially qualified for the State Forensics competition. Teammate Elaina Osborne placed fourth in Extemporaneous Speaking and fifth in Original Oration.
In other events, Sadie Seiter earned fourth place in Poetry, while Savannah Bruno-Pelky secured fifth place in Prose. Abigail Baker added to the team’s success with a fifth-place finish in Serious Solo.
