I like roller coasters, or did. It’s been quite awhile since I’ve rode one, but this weather roller coaster we have been on for the past several weeks has been enough of a wild ride. What happened to gradually going from cold weather to warm to hot?

Can you believe it was 25 years ago last Friday that two of America’s most wanted were captured in Toronto? The trailer they were living in was half a block north of us. A segment about those two was on the show America’s Most Wanted. A couple watching the show, who also lived in that trailer court, snuck through our yard to go to a relatives across the alley, and use their phone to call it in.
It’s nice to have your hometown on a National TV show, but not that way. We don’t need that kind of people in town. I can’t believe that was only 25 years ago. I thought it was longer ago, but I guess not when I think about it.
