Kira L. Welch passed away March 4, 2026 at Newman Hospital in Em- poria, Kan.
She was born June 7, 1981 to parents Pete Sie - brand and Rebecca Welch.
She loved the outdoors and was an avid animal lover.
She moved to Hamilton 5 years ago with 5 rescue dogs, and she had many health issues.
She is survived by her dad Pete & Kim Siebrand of Mesa, Ariz., her mom, Rebecca Welch of Eureka, her sister, Gina Siebrand of Mesa, Ariz., and a step sister, Makinzie of Mesa, Ariz.; Grand parents Gene and Cindy Rayburn of Hamilton, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cous ins.
A Celebration of Life will be held April 4 in Phoenix, Ariz.
A ceremony will also be held March 28 at 2 p.m. at the Hamilton Communi- ty Fellowship Church in Hamilton.
