The “Question of the Week” for last week was: “What’s an Olympic sport that doesn’t exist, but should?”

Following are the responses: Hal McBride - “Wrong question for a guy who already believes there are too many sports in the Olympic Games. Lol” Michele Hare* - “As a momma.. id say.. changing the diaper on a baby that doesn’t want to hold still... lol” Shannon Schlotterbeck* - “Michele Hare or getting them latched into a car seat” Chris Hansel* “Surviving a hangover……” Kelly Kirkpatrick* - “Self checkout” Bill Wallace* - “Beer pong” Tami J. Hart-Hawthorne* - “Disc Golf” Savannah Cline* “Hopscotch” Don Pennington* - “Zip lines” Shannon Schlotterbeck* - “Obstacle Course Racing. It tests full-body athleticism: strength, speed, agility, grip, endurance. It’s easy to understand and exciting to watch. There’s already global participation. It would combine gymnastics, track, and climbing into one big event.”

Laurie Near-Shockley* “Rodeo” Bill Wallace* - “On a serious note. Is bowling still or was it ever an Olympic sport?”

Steve Brown* - “Olympic Steak Grilling” Taylor Hunt* - “Rock skipping” Msrjorie Morgan* “Horse shoes” Do you have a recommendation for the “Question of the Week” please send it to Robin at news@eurekaherald. com, or stop by 822 E. River St., Ste 100, in Eureka.
