President Dallas Luthi called the meeting of the USD 386 Board of Education meeting to order at 6 p.m. on Feb. 9. Roll call was answered by D. Luthi, Jennifer Watts, Ty Gaines, Justin Isch, Amy Hind, Shane Watts, and Jannette Luthi. Also attending were Dallas Woolf, Kristy Johnson, Amanda Schild, Martie Helm, Sabina Bolinger, Justin Redeker, Sarah Adams, Steve Thompson, Ashley Redeker, Lis Kusmaul, Sarah Luthi, Sadie Albert, Reese Hurlburt, Caylin Luthi, Brynn Roth, Kamdynn White, and Marcie Harrison.

Superintendent Woolf recognized Dustin Martin, Lacy Auchard, and Justin Sage for the snow removal work.
Principal Schild recognized Diane Brunk and Ramsey Belt for their hard work installing all of the security cameras.
Members of the District Leadership Team gave a quarterly update on Elementary and Jr/Sr High academics and activities.
The board approved the current Accounts Payable in the amount of $159,931.23, Treasurer’s Report and Activity Fund Report.

S. Luthi discussed transportation for After Prom to Wichita.

The football scoreboard decision was tabled until the March meeting. Redeker
discussed the proposed 2026-27 District Calendar.

Thompson gave a Transportation update.
Information items discussed were CTE, Bulldog Broadcasting, Grants, and Bond information.
Superintendent Woolf gave updates to the Board on MJSHS projects and the CTE conference.
Principal Schild discussed MES projects and upcoming activities.
