Elk County’s Skylee Edwards was named champion at the Battle of the Belt in Mulvane last weekend, in the girls 6U55 division.
Following are the results: 6U Girls 55: Skylee Edwards placed 1st. She won by fall over Payten Johnson (Garden Plain) (Fall 1:58); won by fall over Danni Asher (CYWC) (Fall 0:42); won a 16-0 tech fall over Isabella Salas (Ulysses); and won a 5-0 decision over Aspen Shelton (Team Tulsa).
