The January meeting of the Fancy Mustangs 4-H Club was called to order by President Lylly Stapleford on Wednesday, Jan. 7, at 6:34 p.m. Roll call was answered by “What is your New Year’s Resolution?” The club had very funny resolutions and a quorum was present. A letter was received thanking the club for hosting their annual Christmas Dinner from Heather and Cory Fuesz which was read aloud. Updates were given on final wreath sales, Christmas Dinner income and discussion about Model Meeting practice for the club.
During new business, the club discussed Fair t-shirt designs, voted to do the wreath fundraiser again next year, decided to not host the Christmas Dinner next year and discussion about Club Seals, 4-H Days and record books.
Sydney Lindamood had a project talk about Architecture, Jersey Cox about Quilting, Kinsley Cox about Dogs and Cooper Cox about Rabbits. The club sang Happy Birthday to Truett Boone and Cormick and Nora Collinge. Following the meeting, they practiced their Model Meeting for Club Days.
The meeting adjourned at 7:23 p.m.
