Celeste Lynn Beliveau First Greenwood County Baby For 2026
Greenwood County welcomed its first baby of 2026 with the birth of Celeste Lynn Beliveau, born Saturday, Jan. 3 at 7:49 a.m.
Celeste measured 17.5 inches long and weighed 5 pounds, 8 ounces at birth. She is the daughter of Josh Beliveau of Severy and Macy Bailey of Wichita, who welcomed the new year with the ar-rival of their daughter.
To confirm the county’s first birth of 2026, outreach was made to mul t i p l e labor and delivery faci l i t ies serving the area. However, as of press time, none had responded to emails or voicemails, making Celeste the first reported Greenwood County birth of the year.
