Eureka Garden Club -
The Eureka Garden Club met on January 2, at TNT Catering for lunch at 11:30 a.m.
After lunch, President Vicki Holladay expressed appreciation to the hostesses, Sheila Hughes and Sue Mc-Donald for being the hostesses and Janet Turner for the delicious lunch.
There were nine members present.
Hughes, secretary, read the minutes of the December meeting.
McDonald, treasurer, gave the treasurer's report.
Snowmen plates were won by Kathy Jackson and Marilyn Seymour for door prizes.
Hughes showed the group how to make miniature snowmen out of Jenga blocks.
The next meeting will be Feb. 6, with Cammie Wilson and Jackson hostesses.
The meeting was adjourned by standing and repeating the Gardener’s Creed.
