Monthly Events Continue At Eureka Public Library

Throughout the year, Eureka Public Library (EPL) hosts various events to encourage patrons to visit the local library. Not only can you rent books, audiobooks and movies; but, you can also join staff for craft activities, story hours and even game nights.

This month, the Eureka Public Library will host the following:

Patrons of all ages! Come and play games at the library! Friday, Jan. 16 from 6-9 p.m. we will

have a selection of games out and available to play. Mingle, make friends, snack, and get your game on! You may also bring your own board games to share with others!

January Art 4 All

Come and join Library Director Anneliese Brubaker for an afternoon of artistic fun, on Jan. 17!

For this project, participants will create their own spiral-bound journals and discuss different ways of using them. Suggested Ages: 10 & up. You must register for this event by Jan. 12. This event is limited to 15 participants.

January Book Munch Club

Join the EPL for Book Munch Club on Tuesday, Jan. 27 at 6:30 p.m. Book Munch Club is a book club for persons 18 and older where everyone involved reads their own books at their own pace. It's a great way to meet new people, find new great books you might not have considered, and be a part of a book club without all the pressure! Feel free to bring a dish to share (or not) and come talk books with the group! No RSVP necessary, no registering! Just come as you are and hang out with other adults.

Kansas Day Story Hour On Thursday, Jan. 29 at 4 p.m. come for a special Kansas Day themed Story Hour! The group will read books, make a craft and about the beautiful home state!
