We sure had some wickedly strong winds Wednesday and Thursday. Gusts 40-45 mph makes for all kinds of danger. The weatherman said Thursday morning that there were red flag warnings due to the wind.
This weather has been so crazy. Supposed to be 65 degrees Christmas Day. Doesn't feel much like Christmas when it's warm, but I guess now we will know what it is like for our warmer states each year. Answer: Goose feathers. I don't know about you but I can't quite picture a goose feather tree. Talk about a fire hazard.
I just had a thought pop into my head: How many read or recite from memory ‘T’was the Night Before Christmas?’ We used to read that so many times when I was a kid that I had it memorized. I can recite a lot of it now, but sometimes skip part of it.
